What Type Of Image I Will Receive?
A High-Quality (300dpi) PNG file with aspect ratios: 8 x 10 Inches and prints may be transparent but this will be noted in the product description.
How To Download My Files?
After your purchase, the file will automatically download to your computer and you’ll see a view your files link which goes to the Downloads page. You can download all the files associated with your order there as well.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you pay using a credit card your downloads will be automatically available after the payment is cleared by Stripe.
You also will be sent a download notification email separate from any transaction notification.
How To Print My Wall Art?
- An at-home color printer, if available.
- Office supply stores like Office Depot, Staples, or FedEx.
- Online printing shops like vistaprint.com or shutterfly.com.
- A local, professional printing shop.
What’s Your Return Policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com!
Do You Offer Refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I Exchange An Item For A Different Size/Color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
